This isn't priced like our website or ecommerce packages, because the work isn't standardized — a full redesign, a single broken checkout, and a custom shipping rule are three very different jobs. We look at what you actually have and what you actually need, then quote it plainly.

How much does ECT specialist work cost?
There's no flat fee — every engagement is scoped and quoted individually, since a redesign, a rescue, and a single custom feature are very different amounts of work. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
What counts as a "rescue"?
A rescue is when your existing ECT store is broken, out of date, or was left in a bad state by a previous developer, and you need someone to stabilize it, fix what's wrong, and bring it current.
Do you only work on stores you originally built?
No — most of our ECT specialist work is on stores we didn't originally build. We'll review your existing setup and quote from there.
Is this the same as the Monthly Support Plan?
No. The Monthly Support Plan is a flat $75/month subscription for ongoing updates on a store already in good shape. ECT Specialist work is project-based — for redesigns, fixes, and new custom features — and is quoted separately.
